Prep Time: 5 minutes
This salad doesn’t need any dressing. The grapes and the chicken provide plenty of juicy, perfect bites! If you would like to add dressing, something creamy would be perfect with the aged cheddar.
For the Cauliflower Rice
1 Head of Cauliflower
2 Tbsp of sesame oil
2 Minced cloves of garlic
2-3 Tbsp (to taste) Soy Sauce
For the Chicken
2 tsp of ginger (I used ginger paste)
1/4 cup of soy sauce (I used low sodium)
2 tsp of flour or cornstarch
3 Tbsp of sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
1lb of Tyson® Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast Strips
1 bell pepper
12-16 broccoli florets

1/2 Bag of Tyson® Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips at Sam’s Club
1/2 bag of organic mixed greens
1/2 jar of green olives
1 container of organic cherry tomatoes
1/4 head of organic cauliflower
1/4 chopped organic onion
Balsamic dressing to taste.
Warm the chicken and mix all of the ingredients together
Optional: Top with ranch dressing!
